year and half I have observed the work of KXO in the past. The community service
driven organization struck a chord with me. Every time I logged on there was an
article about KXO doing something in the community and for the community.The Xi
Essentials are the epitome of what I believe not only women stand for but all
Organizations should stand for. My only reservation that I had was my age, I was
truly humbled and honored to be accepted by such strong intelligent women who
