  What You Thought You Knew is a series of workshops presented by the sorority on various topics throughout the year.

  W.Y.T.Y.K. was conceived in early 2007 by the Kappa Xi Omega National Community Service Commission as an educational tool for the community. Upcoming series are:

  Mental Health & the Black LGBTQA Community

  The Black LGBT Community faces many struggles. One of the biggest struggles for our community is understanding Mental Health. Join the ladies of the DC Cluster of Kappa Xi Omega Sorority, Incorporated for a What You Thought You Knew webinar series: Mental Health and the Black LGBT Community. This webinar series includes 8 different 90 minute sessions on Mental Health and its impact on our community.
